During the week of November 7th R4L will host its team wide Free Throw Challenge!

During practice every athlete will shoot 100 free throws. We are looking for sponsors for every MADE free throw. You can PLEDGE anything from .25 cents to 10 dollars per basket made or make a one-time DONATION.

Reflection4life Athletic and Mentoring program is a program designed for young children boys and girls to use their athletic abilities as tool to enhance growth on and off of the basketball court. We play competitive basketball locally and from State to State. We pride ourselves in looking good and playing with great sportsmanship. With the events we participate in and cost of travel we look for fun ways to help generate funding to assist in uniforms and tournament cost. We have had great support in past and forward for continued support.
