How we make money to pay our bills is upfront and simple. As it should be - coaches and team parents are busy enough to worry even more about how much their team will take home from a fundraiser.

It is absolutely free to setup a fundraiser with Giving Zone. We even setup everything for you! No setup fees, no monthly fees.

Credit Card Donations

Only time a fee is taken is when a credit card is used to donate online. That fee is 2.9% + $.30 per transaction for credit card processing plus a 5% Giving Zone fee. This is the only fee. No other processing fees are added - ever. The fee is the same if you are a nonprofit.

Cash/Check Donations

If a donation is given in person in the form of cash or check we want to put that donation toward the player's page so that their goal bar goes up. There are no fees associated to this type of offline donation. If your project only ever gets offline donations - there are no fees.

RECEIVING your funds

A separate login will be given to the person who is in charge of the account you wish to deposit into (that may be you). Banking information will be added so that we can directly deposit funds. Funds will be available on a rolling weekly basis. You do not need to wait till the end to start receiving your money.
